  • No show / same-day cancellation: 100% of your total amount will be charged and not refunded if you do not notify us about your cancellation or make any changes on the same day of your scheduled activity, or in the event of a no-show.
  • 50% refund: This booking can be cancelled up to 2 days before it starts for a 50% refund.
  • Early end of activity: No amounts are refundable in case you decide to end the activity before the scheduled ending time. If you need to change the booking, send a message or call us. The company/Guide reserves the right to judge the capacities and abilities of a rider prior to the start of an ATV tour. In the case it is not safe for the riders and the rest of the group to participate, a 30% refund is authorised.
